What we collect
- Order data — name, email, delivery address, billing address, items ordered, payment status. Kept for 7 years to comply with HMRC tax record requirements.
- Marketing data — email address if you sign up for our newsletter. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email. We use Klaviyo as our email platform.
- Analytics — anonymised browsing data (pages visited, time on site) via a privacy-respecting analytics tool. We do not track you across other websites.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your data with advertising networks.
- We do not use Facebook or Google Analytics pixels on our checkout.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers we need to actually deliver your order:
- Stripe — payment processing. They see card details; we never do.
- Royal Mail / DPD — delivery. They see name and address.
- Klaviyo — email (only if you opted in).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can, at any time:
- Ask us what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it (we will, except where we must retain for tax).
- Ask us to stop marketing.
- Complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
