1. Who we are
Rasaniva is a trading name operated from the United Kingdom. Our company registration is in progress; the registered company number and office address will be published here on completion. References to “we”, “us”, or “Rasaniva” mean the Rasaniva business.
2. Ordering
When you place an order on our site, you are making an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order — not at the moment of payment. Until that point we may decline any order (we rarely do, but we reserve the right, and would refund you in full).
3. Prices & VAT
All prices are shown in GBP. We deliver within the United Kingdom (EU delivery coming soon). We occasionally run promotions — discount codes are entered in the bag and cannot be combined.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are published on our Shipping & Returns page. They are estimates, not guarantees, though we work hard to meet them. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unused piece for a full refund, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full process on the Shipping & Returns page.
6. Defects & warranty
We guarantee every object against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. Natural patina on copper is not a defect. If a piece leaks, cracks, or has a manufacturing flaw we will replace or refund.
7. Intellectual property
The Rasaniva name, logo, and website content are ours. You may not copy or reproduce them without written permission. Product photography may be shared on personal social media — tag us; we’ll probably re-share.
8. Liability
We are liable for losses you suffer as a direct result of our breach of these terms, up to the value of your order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Health claims
We describe Ayurvedic practice as heritage and tradition. We do not claim that any object treats, cures, or prevents any medical condition. If you are unwell, see a doctor.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We would much rather you emailed us first — most problems resolve in one email.
