Shipping — United Kingdom
Every order is dispatched from our UK warehouse. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.50, free on orders of £25 or more (after any discounts). Typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Shipping — Europe
EU delivery is coming soon — we're finalising carriers and customs handling so that it works properly from day one. Leave your email on any product page and we'll write when it opens.
Returns & cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund the full price plus standard delivery within 14 days — in practice usually much sooner — once we receive the item or proof of postage. Items should be unused and ideally in their original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to return
- Email hello@rasaniva.co.uk with your order reference and a line saying you'd like to return or cancel — no form needed (though you may use the model form below).
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Post the item with tracking. Your refund is processed once it arrives (or once you send proof of postage).
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item
Email us a photograph — ideally within 48 hours of delivery so we can take it up with the courier, though this never limits your statutory rights. We'll send a replacement or full refund at our cost, including return postage where a return is needed.

A note on copper & brass
Natural patina (darkening, warm spots, slight discolouration) is not a defect — it is how pure copper and brass live. We count a piece as faulty if there is a crack, a leak, or a manufacturing flaw.
